Bankrupt will mismanagement get a bailout? The Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 MANDATES the U.S. use 15 billion gallons of ethanol annually by 2015. Even with these mandates the People are Speaking Loud & Clear that they Do NOT want ethanol mixed in their gasoline.
